花心人夫斷腿遭正宮放生 小三照顧18年獲法官輕判
新竹縣劉姓人夫婚後花心不斷，因工作斷腿裝義肢，黃姓女子指因同情他遭家人棄養，在照顧後日久生情同居、不離不棄18年，認為何姓正宮知情且已寬恕，但何妻提告黃女求償百萬，法官調查卻發現何妻偕子女曾與黃女透過縣府召開親屬會議，商討劉男後續照料問題，因此採信黃女說詞，最後僅判賠正宮10萬元。

判決指何妻控訴丈夫婚後頻外遇讓她飽受精神折磨，並未有默許或寬恕黃女之意，黃女則表示2004年間認識遭家人棄養、斷腿的劉男，2人日久生情同居，2008年更辦理契約同意將竹東鎮土地及房屋遺贈給她，何妻完全知情並未阻止。
竹院法官調查發現何妻偕子女曾與黃女透過縣府召開親屬會議，商討劉男後續照料問題，社工員亦作證，因此採信黃女說詞，最後僅判賠何妻10萬，全案仍可上訴。
