獨／小嫻分手金剛　好友圓圓早知情

小嫻2020年8月認愛金剛，如今卻分手，震撼演藝圈！身為小嫻好友的圓圓今受訪透露先前早就知情，也覺得兩人處理方式很成熟，堪稱和平分手教科書。被問到當時知道時後有勸合不勸離嗎？圓圓則表示：「我聽完她說，我覺得他們是很理性的分開，情侶緣盡了，能這樣處理很理智。」

圓圓也透露當初得知小嫻分手後，本來要約碰面，沒想到自己就確診，而小嫻跟她提到分手時，態度也很堅強，沒有落淚。等她接下來解隔離後，就會再跟小嫻約，「我會多陪陪她。」

記者陳韋帆／台北報導 ▲劉佩真指出，房市面臨五大利空，七年大運已強制中斷。（圖／劉佩真提供） 台經院今(25)日公布7月「國內總體經濟預測暨景氣動向調查」，針對營建業、不動產業部分，台經院研究員劉佩真表示，6月營建業已呈現連續第5個月下滑，主要是來自於營造業對於未來半年看法趨向保守，不動產業則對於6月及未來半年看法不佳。 劉佩真分析，6月六都建物買賣移轉件數月增-6.7%，主要是6月國內疫情尚未落幕，加上先前的打炒房政策持續發酵、央行升息半碼、國內外股市下跌等利空因素罩頂，反映在多重不確定因素交雜下，民眾購屋信心轉趨觀望，導致房市交易動能受到影響。 她說，若以年增率觀之，6月六都建物買賣移轉件數年增率為-14.9%，顯然買方評估目前房價處於高原期，未來持有房屋成本提高，暫時先縮手觀望，加上貨幣政策持續轉向緊縮、調控房市政策尚未利空出盡所致。 LoRa antenna which has long-range coverage while maximizing radio spectrum use is provided by the FT-RF fiberglass Omnidirectional outdoor antenna, which operates in the 890-960MHz frequency band with various strength levels.
