We have hundreds of customers from over 60 countries, and to meet their demands, we developed a plant in Vietnam (with a total infrastructure area of 10000 square meters, which includes three major buildings dedicated to operations and production) in addition to the main manufacturing facility in Taiwan. The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.
The advantages of Horn antenna:
- Wide bandwidth: Because the horn antenna has no resonant parts, it can function over a wide range of frequencies.
- Easy waveguide interface: These antennas are very easy to interface to waveguide due to their shape, but they can also be designed with a transition so that a regular coaxial feeder can be used.
- Easy to make, simple design.
The horn is suitable for both transmitting and receiving purposes, especially suitable for EMC and immunity test measurements.

【焦點時報/記者羅蔚舟報導】「Intel Vision 2022」於台北時間5/10晚間22:00隆重登場,全球處理器領導大廠英特爾(Intel)宣布其橫跨晶片、軟體和服務方面的各項進展具體成效,並展示如何結合技術和生態系,為客戶釋放現在以及未來的商業價值,現實世界中的優勢,包含提升業務成果和洞察力、降低總擁有成本、加快上市時間與價值,以及對全球產生正面影響。

第4代Intel Xeon可擴充處理器設下現代效能新標準:即日起,英特爾開始出貨第4代Intel Xeon可擴充處理器(代號Sapphire Rapids)數款型號。這些型號是整體產品線當中的第一批,今年還會陸續推出更多型號。第4代Intel Xeon可擴充處理器提供卓越的整體效能,將支援DDR5、PCIe Gen5和CXL 1.1。其配備的新款整合式加速器,加上軟體和硬體針對AI工作負載最佳化,與前一世代相比最高可提供30倍的效能2。針對電信網路,它也具備讓虛擬無線接取網路(vRAN)部署容量提升2倍3的新功能。高效能運算方面,結合高頻寬記憶體(HBM)的Intel Xeon處理器(代號Sapphire Rapids),將大幅度提升處理器的可用記憶體頻寬,為高效能運算注入強勁動力。藉由Project Apollo讓企業更容易獲得AI:英特爾和Accenture 合作並啟動Project Apollo,該計畫將提供企業超過30個開源的AI解決方案套件,這些套件經過最佳化設計,讓客戶在現場、雲端和邊緣環境中更容易獲取AI。首款Project Apollo套件將在未來幾個月內推出。
利用IPU為未來資料中心做好準備:英特爾公布至2026年的IPU產品路線圖,包含新的FPGA+英特爾架構平台(代號Hot Springs Canyon)和Mount Morgan(MMG)ASIC,以及次世代800GB產品。IPU是針對基礎設施需求的硬體加速專用產品,讓企業能夠更快地完成任務和解決問題。
媒體轉碼、視覺圖形雲端推論的單一GPU解決方案:英特爾的資料中心新GPU,代號Arctic Sound-M(ATS-M),為業界首款具備AV1硬體編碼器的獨立GPU。ATS-M是一款多功能的GPU,具備領先的轉碼品質和目標每秒150兆次運算(TOPS)的效能。開發者將能夠透過oneAPI的開放軟體堆疊,輕鬆地為ATS-M進行設計。ATS-M將會推出2種外型規格,以及來自 Dell Technologies、Supermicro、Cisco、HPE、Inspur和H3C等多個合作夥伴超過15款系統設計。其將在2022年第3季推出。
用於混合工作的第12代Intel Core HX處理器:隨著新款第12代Intel Core HX 的推出,英特爾完善了第12代產品系列。Intel Core i9-12900HX專門為需要最大效能和靈活性,以便駕馭混合環境的專業人士所設計,最多提供16核心和最高5GHz時脈速度,為地表最強行動工作站平台4。
意識到使用者也想要在他們需要的時間和地點,靈活地利用運算資源,英特爾首次提供軟體基礎設施倡議的概念展示:Project Endgame。應用程式可以汲取這個軟體基礎設施層的優勢,讓裝置能夠利用網路內其它裝置的運算資源,提供始終可用、低延遲、持續的運算服務。例如在一台裝置上執行相當要求GPU資源的工作負載,其能夠察覺並利用來自更強大機器的額外圖形處理能力,藉此強化使用者的體驗。Project Endgame正在開發當中,英特爾將會在今年展開該技術的首個里程碑測試。
今天的宣布內容還包含推動整個生態系的新服務模式,英特爾所採取的初步步驟。Intel On Demand服務的推出,協助企業滿足不斷變化的工作負載、產品永續性以及在資料所在處拓展系統規模的機會。英特爾目前透過精選合作夥伴HPE GreenLake、Lenovo TruScale和PhoenixNAP的Bare Metal Cloud,推出一種新的消費業務模式,讓客戶能夠根據其業務需求和要求,調整他們的基礎設施。
