各地晴朗炎熱！台東、台北高溫飆36°C 午後山區防雷陣雨
中央氣象局指出，今（19）日仍受西南風影響，天氣跟昨天類似，各地大多為多雲到晴，清晨至上午南部地區有零星短暫陣雨，午後因熱力作用各地山區及大台北、東北部地區有局部短暫雷陣雨。
溫度方面，清晨低溫普遍來到24到26度之間，白天各地炎熱，高溫均達31到34度，局部地區可能還會更高一些，尤其台東及大台北有局部發生36度以上高溫的機率，東南部有焚風發生的可能，中午前後紫外線指數偏高，外出應做好防曬措施並多補充水分。
氣象局也提醒，天氣高溫炎熱，東南部地區有焚風發生的機率，今日中午前後台東縣地區為橙色燈號，有連續出現36度高溫的機率，請加強注意。台北市、新北市地區為黃色燈號，請注意。

氣象局表示，蘭嶼、綠島及馬祖易有較強陣風，航行及作業船隻請注意安全；金門、馬祖易有低雲或局部霧影響能見度，交通往返請留意航班資訊。
根據環保署空氣品質預報資訊，19日環境風場為西南風至偏南風，竹苗以南位於迎風面，擴散條件佳，北部空品區位於下風處，污染物稍易累積；馬祖及金門易有低雲或局部霧影響能見度；竹苗、中部、雲嘉南、高屏、宜蘭、花東空品區及馬祖、金門、澎湖為「良好」等級；北部空品區為「普通」等級。
